Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to MindClip. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the MindClip software application for macOS ("App") from the Mac App Store, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the MindClip application on any compatible Apple macOS device owned or controlled by you, subject to the Mac App Store Terms of Service and Apple EULA guidelines.

2. Ownership of Created Work

We claim no ownership over the intellectual property of the data, snippets, text inputs, colors, or history you save using the App. All stored clipboard records and database contents remain strictly private and belong entirely to you.

3. Intellectual Property

All ownership rights, intellectual property rights, and copyright in and to the Application (including but not limited to the source code, layout, graphics, interface design, logo, and brand name "MindClip") are owned exclusively by us.

4. Fees and Billing

MindClip is distributed through the Mac App Store. Any billing, payments, transaction processing, family sharing configurations, or refund requests are governed by Apple's billing policies and handled entirely through Apple Store Services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the binary application. You may not distribute or sell copies of the software itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

MindClip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of MindClip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction rules of your region, and standard Apple EULA frameworks.

9. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through the App Support link on the Mac App Store product page for MindClip.
